Our guesthouse, SONNENHEIM, in Schönberg in the Stubai Valley is situated at an altitude of around 1,000 metres and is just a 10-minute drive from the Olympic city of Innsbruck. “Small is beautiful” – that certainly applies to Schönberg in the Stubai Valley. A small, rural community, centrally located and easily accessible, a holiday resort where guests are still treated as guests, and where even the smallest requests are catered for. Numerous hiking trails around the Stubai and Wipptal valleys invite you to relax and enjoy nature in summer.
On your well-deserved holiday heading towards Italy, you pass right by us – making us the perfect stop for a restful overnight stay.
In winter, you can explore the perfect slopes of our mountains on skis – whether at the Stubaier Gletscher, Schlick 2000, 11er Lift, Bergeralm and many more. All ski areas are reachable within a maximum of 30 minutes by car.
Especially convenient: the ski bus stop is only 150 metres from our house, so you can reach the ski areas comfortably without a car.
